The Art Drank // 11

After 10 whole Art Dranks, it's time for something a little new... This week I decided to make the Drank - woot! I'd love to take the level of keepin' it real up a notch on the blog. So cheers to using my own recipes, eh? Michelle Vaughan is back at it with another hit, Slurp. Remember Salty? I love them both oh so much... and although this drink is nothing especially groundbreaking, it turned out so good I could hardly believe my taste buds.

Summer Sangria

Ingredients

one bottle red wine (my boyfriend picked Yellow Tail Pinot Noir, keepin' it classy guys) one cup fresh squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup sugar fruit (I used oranges, limes, strawberries, and nectarines, but you can mos def get creative here) sparkling water

Directions

Mix red wine, orange juice, and sugar in a large pitcher. Slice fruit and add that shiz in. Chill and serve. I put a splash of sparkling water (1/4 cup) in the glass along with ice before pouring in the sangria. Turned out very delicioso.

Enjoy friends... and hey, it's red wine and fruit, so it's basically really good for you.
